About the roleWe’re looking for a confident, result-oriented Telecalling Executive to connect with homeowners, explain our solar solutions, and turn leads into free home consultations and installations. You’ll be the first voice of SolarRun for many customers, so clear communication and a positive attitude matter.
Key responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers • Explain SolarRun’s solar solutions,



subsidy support and EMI options clearly • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities • Follow up with interested customers and keep in regular touch • Handle customer queries and give accurate information • Book free home visits and hand over qualified leads to the field sales team • Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up status • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales • Good communication and convincing skills • Knowledge of Tamil and basic English preferred • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills • Ability to handle customer queries professionally • Good listening and interpersonal skills • Target-oriented with a positive attitude
