Job Summary
ATLAS SkillTech University is looking for a creative and digitally savvy Instagram & Social Media Executive to manage and grow the university’s Instagram presence. The individual will be responsible for content planning, content creation, publishing, audience engagement, and performance tracking to strengthen the university’s digital presence and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have a robust visual sense, and be able to create engaging content that resonates with students, prospective applicants, faculty, alumni, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Instagram Account Management
- Manage the university’s Instagram account, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day monitoring.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with university events, admissions, academic activities, and brand priorities.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication.

Content Creation & Execution
- Create engaging Instagram content, including Reels, Stories, posts, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Capture campus activities, student experiences, events, faculty interactions, and university initiatives.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and calls to action.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content inputs, approvals, and timely publishing.
3. Trends & Creative Storytelling
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, trending audio, formats, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Develop creative concepts to showcase campus life, student achievements, academic programmes, events, and university culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and content shareability.
4. Community Management
- Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and tags.
- Respond to routine queries and coordinate with relevant teams for admissions or other enquiries.
