Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of materials, components, tooling, spares, and services required for business operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor development, purchase order management, commercial negotiations, supplier coordination,



and cost optimization, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, quotation collection, purchase order processing, and order tracking.
• Source, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, consistent quality, and timely delivery.
• Obtain and analyze supplier quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial conditions.
• Procure raw materials, engineering components, mechanical and electrical parts, tooling, spare parts, consumables, and services as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Design & Development, Engineering, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Monitor open purchase orders and proactively
