Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations and assist the HR team in delivering a positive employee experience. Responsibilities include helping with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting the administration of HR policies and employee benefits. The intern will assist in coordinating interviews, preparing HR documentation, and responding to basic employee inquiries under supervision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur,



requiring regular collaboration with HR colleagues and other departments.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including interest in core HR functions and processes.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to support policy implementation and benefits-related documentation.
• Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information responsibly.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Robust communication, organization, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Comfort working in office in Jaipur, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
