Academician (B.Ed)
We are looking for an Academician (B.Ed) with 6–10 years of experience to support the design and implementation of practical, child-friendly academic screening, intervention, and learning models.
This role bridges classroom pedagogy and cognitive science, helping translate developmental insights into interactive, engaging, and age-appropriate learning experiences for children (8–18 years).

Key Responsibilities
● Apply pedagogical principles and classroom experience to support academic and learning-related screening models.
● Assist in designing non-invasive, practical academic screening tools aligned with cognitive and developmental needs.
● Co-create interactive learning activities, exercises, and training modules for different age groups.
● Adapt cognitive and academic frameworks into school-relevant, real-world learning contexts.




● Collaborate closely with the Cognitive Science Expert and cognitive research team to align theory with practice.
● Review academic interventions for clarity, engagement, and classroom feasibility.
● Support personalization of learning pathways based on screening outcomes and learner profiles.
● Ensure all academic content is child-friendly, inclusive, and non-judgmental.
● Assist is building and refining teacher requirement dashboard

Eligibility Criteria
● B.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
● 6–10 years of teaching or academic experience at school or learning centers.
