Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, acquire international clients, and generate revenue for our IT organization. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, proven experience in handling international clients, and a strong track record of converting business opportunities into successful deals.
The candidate should be confident in client communication, lead generation, proposal preparation, sales negotiations, and end-to-end deal closure for IT services and software development projects.
Key Responsibilities• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in international markets.
• Acquire current clients for IT services, custom software development, web and mobile application development, and other technology solutions.
• Handle international clients through email, phone calls, video conferences,



and online meetings.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare suitable proposals and solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and initial discussions to negotiation, deal closure, and client onboarding.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Negotiate pricing, project scope, payment terms, and contracts to achieve business targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, CRM records, and regular business development reports.
• Research international markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
