Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, responsible for overseeing all quality control and assurance activities within the manufacturing operations. This role includes developing, implementing,



and maintaining quality management systems, standards, and procedures for silicone coated release paper production. The Quality Assurance Manager will monitor process performance, conduct inspections and audits, investigate nonconformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating closely with production, R&D;, and supply chain teams to ensure product consistency, regulatory compliance, and customer specifications are met. The individual will also train team members on quality standards, prepare quality reports and documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards), quality control tools, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Experience in manufacturing quality assurance, preferably in paper, coatings, packaging, or related industrial sectors.
