SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

The Cluster Head – Structural Design is responsible for leading and governing structural design for multiple projects within the cluster. The role ensures protected, cost-effective and code-compliant structural solutions, drives design standardization, and manages consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality structural design outcomes aligned with business objectives.

• Optimize structural design to achieve cost efficiency without compromising safety
• Reduce rework and design-related variations
