Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full time on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the associate will generate and qualify leads, reach out to prospective learners,



and promote relevant programs and courses offered through partner universities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, managing inquiries, handling follow-ups via calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools. The associate will deliver presentations to potential learners, explain program features and benefits, and support them through the enrollment process. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and academic teams to meet enrollment targets and contribute to overall business growth is a key part of this position.
