Seamedu is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, attract top talent, and support our growing hiring requirements within an educational environment.
? Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Post job openings and screen resumes.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with HODs, department heads, and management.
• Follow up with candidates and interview panels throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Manage candidate documentation and support onboarding and induction.




• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
? What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition
✅ Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment portals
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Solid follow-up, organizational, and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR software
⭐ Experience in the education sector or IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
