Role Description The Telesales Specialist role at High Altitude is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, introduce prospective customers to available real estate offerings, and qualify leads based on their requirements and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing accurate property information,



scheduling site visits, following up with leads, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system. The role involves working closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication, address customer inquiries, and support closure of deals. The Telesales Specialist is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, courteous, and customer-first approach.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with explicit, confident phone etiquette.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead qualification, negotiation basics, and conversion focus.
• Ability to deliver Training or guidance to customers on processes, documentation, and next steps.
• Prior experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in real estate or related sector
