Circle of Crust is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Operations Manager to oversee multiple outlets, drive business growth, improve profitability, and ensure consistent food quality, customer experience, and operational excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations of all assigned outlets and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure smooth coordination across kitchen, service, takeaway, and delivery operations.

2. Sales & Profitability
• Achieve outlet-wise sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor outlet P&L;, food cost, labour cost, and operating expenses.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, average order value, and customer retention.

3. Food Quality & Compliance
• Maintain consistency in pizza taste, preparation, portioning, and presentation.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, inventory rotation, and compliance with applicable FSSAI standards.
• Minimise wastage, stock variance,



and food quality complaints.

4. Team Management
• Lead and mentor outlet managers, supervisors, and restaurant teams.
• Ensure effective manpower planning, staff training, and performance management.
• Build a strong culture of accountability, discipline, and customer service.

5. Customer Experience & Delivery
• Monitor customer feedback, online ratings, complaints, and order accuracy.
• Improve preparation time, delivery efficiency, and service standards.
• Coordinate with Swiggy, Zomato, and other delivery partners, wherever applicable.

6. Reporting & Business Development
• Review daily sales, inventory, operational costs, and outlet performance.
• Implement corrective action plans for underperforming outlets.
• Support current outlet openings, team deployment, training, and operational setup.
