We have delivered 90 million plus streams on Spotify, 200 million plus “Listen Now” impressions on Instagram, 250 million plus views on Youtube, 400 plus editorial playlists. We work with 150 plus artists from 7 countries.

You'll work directly with the directors and A&R; team, supporting how independent artists are developed, positioned, and taken to market across the full artist journey - from early catalog and release planning through to fan growth and long-term career building. This role focuses on understanding the artist development lifecycle: how an artist's music, story, and audience are built together, and how content, release strategy, and fan engagement all tie back to sustainable career growth.

Responsibilities• Support artist development planning team across the full lifecycle - from onboarding and artist positioning through release cycles and ongoing growth opportunities.
• Assist in mapping the music production lifecycle for each artist (pre-production, recording, mastering, distribution, release) and align content and promo timelines around it.
• Build & help artists by monthly content calendars tailored to each artist's genre, personality, target audience, and release schedule.
• Map and build out fan funnels for artists- from cold discovery through casual listener, engaged fan, and superfan/community member- and suggest content and touchpoints for each stage.
