Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – UK Accounts with extensive expertise in UK accounting, client relationship management, team leadership, and end-to-end service delivery within the outsourcing/KPO industry. The role will oversee multiple accounting functions, drive team performance, manage client relationships and escalations, and ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
• UK Accounting & Compliance: Oversee Year-End Accounts, Bookkeeping, VAT, Payroll, Corporation Tax, CT600, and statutory financial statements.
• Client Management: Manage UK client relationships, business reviews, complex queries, escalations, and service delivery expectations.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop accounting teams, including Team Leaders and Assistant Managers.




• Performance Management: Drive productivity, quality, KPIs, SLAs, TAT, resource utilisation, and individual/team performance.
• Escalation Management: Resolve complex accounting issues, client complaints, delivery bottlenecks, and operational challenges.
• Technical Review: Review financial statements, P&L;, Balance Sheets, working papers, and tax computations in line with UK standards.
• Workflow & Delivery: Manage capacity planning, work allocation, deadlines, process improvements, and consistent service delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of hands-on UK Accounting experience in an outsourcing/KPO setting.
• 4+ years of experience in senior leadership, managing accounting teams, Team Leaders, or Assistant Managers.
