Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team on-site. You will play a key role in driving agency growth by identifying prospective brand clients, initiating cold outreach, pitching our influencer and UGC marketing services, and closing new business partnerships.

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday if needed)

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify high-potential brands, D2C companies, and key decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads).
• Conduct multi-channel outbound outreach across LinkedIn,



cold email, and phone to generate qualified leads.
• Lead discovery calls to identify client pain points and assess campaign requirements.
• Present tailored agency pitches and collaborate with internal teams to build customized campaign proposals.
• Manage lead pipelines, maintain timely follow-ups, and guide opportunities through negotiation to deal closure.
• Track outreach metrics, pipeline status, and client communication using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Ensure seamless client onboarding and handover to the campaign execution team upon contract signing.

Qualifications & Requirements
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confident pitching, objection-handling, and presentation skills.
