Role Description The Real-Estate Presales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for engaging prospective buyers, presenting project features, and guiding clients through the presales journey from initial inquiry to booking. Daily activities include conducting property walkthroughs, coordinating site visits, responding to leads, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.



The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns, providing feedback on customer preferences, and working closely with sales and property management teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to closing. The Presales Manager is expected to build strong relationships, meet presales targets, and uphold Ankura Homes’ standards for service and professionalism.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration, with the ability to coordinate documentation and support end-to-end presales processes.
• Strong knowledge of Leases and Real Estate fundamentals, including residential transaction workflows and customer due diligence.
• Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate concepts and market trends that support consultative discussions with potential buyers and investors.
• Proven experience in presales, real estate sales, or customer-facing roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead
