What makes the role meaty?

• You own the property acquisition journey end to end, from scouting and negotiation to final closure, for Licious’ growing offline stores in Bangalore.
• You have a clear, measurable goal: closing at least 2 properties every month.
• You decide where the next Licious store comes up, across East, North and South Bangalore
• You negotiate directly with property owners and brokers, and build a network that lasts.




• You work closely with Projects, Legal and Operations, and see your acquisitions turn into live stores.
• You join early in a high-priority offline expansion, where your work has a direct impact on how Licious grows

We hope that you have...

• A real estate background with at least 2 years of experience in property acquisition.
• Experience in basic negotiation with property owners and brokers.
• Valuable knowledge of the Bangalore geography.
• Comfort with daily field travel, and a bike of your own.
• (Good to have) Experience in selling apartments or retail spaces, or in property acquisition for Retail, Food, FMCG or Quick Commerce.
