We are looking for an experienced recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and senior-level positions across our hotel portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate office and senior-level positions across hotel properties.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, qualified networks, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities.




• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and periodic recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely completion of hiring requirements.

Candidate Profile• Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Relevant experience in recruitment within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Experience in hiring senior management and corporate-level positions is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment MIS.
• Must be based in Mumbai.
