Experience: Minimum 3 years in the diamond and jewellery industry, specifically in accounts, export-import documentation and trade finance.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounts & Trade Finance professional with experience in the diamond and fine jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing export-import documentation, trade finance, customs coordination, foreign exchange transactions, accounting entries and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate must have practical experience handling jewellery exports between India and Dubai, a strong understanding of banking and customs procedures, and the ability to independently manage routine operational requirements while resolving documentation and shipment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Export & Import Documentation and Trade Finance

• Prepare, verify and manage all documentation relating to the export and import of diamonds and jewellery consignments.




• Ensure compliance with applicable banking requirements, customs regulations, foreign trade procedures and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, customs agents, freight forwarders, couriers and other service providers to facilitate smooth movement of consignments.
• Handle documentation for domestic and international shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of entry and other applicable documents.
• Track shipments and follow up on pending documentation, customs clearances, export proceeds realisation and import payment obligations.
• Maintain proper records of export-import transactions and ensure timely submission of required documents to banks and relevant authorities.

2. Customs, ICEGATE & Regulatory Compliance

• Have a thorough working knowledge of the export and import clearance process for diamonds and jewellery.
• Coordinate with customs house agents (CHAs) and resolve
