Your role at Dynatrace

This is a dedicated outbound Sales Development role focused on the India territory. You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging high-potential accounts across key segments and focus areas, including Digital Native Businesses (DNBs), Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and other strategic enterprise accounts.

Success in this role requires more than high-volume prospecting. You will be expected to understand your territory, research accounts and stakeholders, identify relevant business triggers, and develop strategic, personalized outreach approaches that create meaningful conversations with prospective customers.

You will take ownership of pipeline generation across your assigned territory, partnering closely with Account Executives, Marketing and other go-to-market teams to identify whitespace, penetrate strategic accounts and create qualified opportunities that contribute to the territory's overall revenue pipeline.

We encourage our SDRs to be proactive and cutting-edge in how they prospect,



including leveraging AI and modern sales technology to conduct account research, develop relevant messaging and improve the quality and effectiveness of their outreach. Activity matters, but quality, relevance and business outcomes matter more.

This position is based in our Mumbai office and operates under a flexible work model.

What Will Help You Succeed

• A minimum of 12 months' proven success in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar outbound sales role, with a demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• A genuine passion for technology and a strong desire to build a long-term career in software sales
• A track record of holding yourself accountable to high standards of performance and consistently delivering against goals
• Strong self-motivation, drive and a desire to continuously improve your skills, knowledge and results
• University degree, College Diploma or equ
