We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with e-commerce accounting and payment reconciliations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of accounting experience who wants to strengthen their practical accounting skills and grow with a quick-paced D2C business.

What You'll Work On

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily financial records, including sales, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, record transactions, and track outstanding payments.
• Maintain and organise financial documents, bills, vouchers, and invoices.




• Ensure accounting entries are accurate and up to date.

2. E-commerce Accounting & Reconciliation

• Assist in reconciling sales and transactions across online marketplaces and the company's website.
• Reconcile payment gateways, online payments, COD collections, marketplace settlements, refunds, returns, and cancellations.
• Match e-commerce orders with invoices, payment settlements, and accounting records.
• Track daily and monthly sales and settlement reports.
• Identify discrepancies in payments and settlements and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

3. Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Maintain sales, expense, and payment tracking sheets.
• Support the preparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Help maintain accurate financial records for internal reviews and audits.

4. Tax & Compliance Support

• Assist with GST and TDS
