Role Description: This role is for a Digital Marketing and Sales Executive to build our online presence, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into sales. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and advanced AI tools, along with strong communication and sales follow-up skills.
This is a full time Digital Marketing and Sales role focused on promoting Colostocare’s ostomy-related products and expanding its customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, launch,



and optimize Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and sales within agreed budgets.
· Manage audience targeting, keyword research, ad copy, creative testing, remarketing, and landing page improvements to increase conversions.
· Run WhatsApp marketing through WhatsApp Business and campaign platforms, including opted-in broadcasts, audience segmentation, automated replies, and lead nurturing.
· Use advanced AI tools for campaign research, content and ad variations, creative development, performance analysis, and workflow automation; review outputs for accuracy and brand fit.
· Create and coordinate social media content, promotional messages, and basic SEO and email marketing activities.
· Contact and qualify leads through calls, email, and WhatsApp; understand customer needs, present solutions, share proposals, and close sales.
