We are looking for a results-driven SEO Outreach Lead to manage our email infrastructure, plan and execute outreach campaigns, and consistently bring new publishing partners into our network.

This is a KPI-driven role where success is measured by positive replies, qualified partner acquisition, and outreach campaign performance.

Your primary responsibility is to generate positive replies from relevant websites and build a strong pipeline of potential publishing partners.

Pricing negotiations and commercial deal closures are handled by a separate team, allowing you to focus entirely on outreach and partner acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Email Infrastructure Management




- Manage and maintain cold email infrastructure, including sending domains, inboxes, and campaign configurations.
- Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, spam complaints, sender reputation, and inbox health.
- Manage email authentication protocols such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Configure sending limits, warm-up processes where appropriate, and campaign schedules.
- Identify and resolve deliverability issues to maintain consistent outreach performance.
- Maintain clean prospect lists and ensure campaigns follow responsible email-sending practices.

2. Outreach Campaign Planning
- Plan, launch, and manage outreach campaigns to acquire recent publishing partners.
- Develop campaign strategies based on niche, website quality, geography, and business requirements.
- Create targeted prospect lists and build segmented outreach campaigns.
- Write and optimize email templates, subject lines, and follow-up sequences.
