We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with prior digital marketing agency experience who can generate recent business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and consistently close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, databases, and other relevant channels.
• Client Acquisition: Connect with decision-makers, understand their business requirements, and identify opportunities for Addinfi’s digital marketing services.
• Sales Pitching: Prepare and present relevant company profiles,



service decks, proposals, and customized pitches to prospective clients.
• End-to-End Sales: Independently manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach and follow-ups to meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets by consistently acquiring new clients.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients to generate repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
• Market Research: Identify target industries, potential accounts, decision-makers, and new business opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, conversion rates, and sales forecasts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal marketing and delivery teams to develop relevant pitches and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
