About the Role
We are looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Closer to join our sales team and handle qualified prospects interested in building or advancing their careers in Data Engineering.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding prospect requirements, identifying their goals and challenges, presenting the program effectively, handling objections, and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
This role requires robust communication, consultative selling, objection handling, follow-up,



and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct sales consultations with qualified leads through phone/video calls.
• Understand prospects' career goals, current experience, and learning requirements.
• Present BigDataYatra's program and communicate its value based on the prospect's needs.
• Handle objections related to pricing, time commitment, career transition, and other concerns.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

Requirements
• Proven experience in high-ticket sales, consultative sales, EdTech sales, or a similar B2C sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
