Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales of JD Homes’ farmland projects and related offerings. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification, property presentations, site visits,



and closing deals. The Sales Manager will build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, and position JD Homes’ projects as suitable lifestyle and investment options. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with marketing for campaigns, tracking sales performance, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial inquiry through post-sale support. The role also requires close collaboration with project, legal, and operations teams to provide accurate information and ensure a transparent, trustworthy buying process.
