We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to help grow our office furniture and workspace solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and creating current business opportunities.
You will connect with businesses looking to set up, upgrade, or redesign their workspaces and help them explore suitable office furniture solutions, including ergonomic chairs, height-adjustable desks, workstations, and complete office furniture setups.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in B2B sales, enjoy interacting with people, and want to build a career in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential business customers across industries, including corporate offices, startups, coworking spaces, and commercial establishments.
• Generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and other prospecting channels.




• Connect with decision-makers such as business owners, facility managers, office administrators, procurement teams, HR managers, architects, and interior designers.
• Understand customer requirements related to office furniture, workspace planning, new office setups, and office expansion.
• Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions based on customer needs.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, showroom visits, and discussions for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly to nurture leads and move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead conversion and achieve business targets.
