Position: Head – Performance Marketing

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head – Performance Marketing to lead our Paid Media business, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitability across client portfolios.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SEM, PPC, Paid Media Planning and Buying, and ROI-driven digital marketing, along with strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and proven leadership skills.
The role involves overseeing the overall Performance Marketing business, driving revenue and profitability, developing client growth strategies, leading current business pitches, and building a high-performing team.
The candidate will be responsible for positioning Paid Media as a key growth driver for both the agency and its clients while ensuring continuous innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Business & P&L; Management




• Lead the Performance Marketing business unit, ensuring revenue growth, healthy margins, and overall profitability.
• Develop account strategies and growth plans aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor ROI, campaign profitability, and overall account performance.
• Identify potential business risks and performance gaps, implementing corrective measures as required.

2.Performance Marketing Strategy
• Develop and lead SEM, PPC, and Paid Media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Design ROI-focused customer acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, and other performance marketing channels.
• Analyze campaign performance, traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimize client budgets to maximize campaign efficiency and returns.

3.New Business & Pitches
• Lead Paid Media strategy and present
