Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the technical/customer support industry
• Candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience can be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory for candidates being hired for the India team.
• Candidates must be flexible to work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment, including weekends.
• Strong customer handling, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.

Technical Skills
Candidates should have valuable working knowledge of:
• Windows OS – installation, troubleshooting and updates
• Computer hardware components and troubleshooting
• Printer setup and troubleshooting – Inkjet/LaserJet




• Networking fundamentals – LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP and DNS
• LAN configurations and IP settings
• MS Office and common software tools
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple language

The role involves providing technical support to HP customers and resolving technical queries related to laptops, desktops, printers and associated software. Candidates should also demonstrate strong customer service skills, active listening, empathy and the ability to handle/de-escalate customer situations.
Shift & Transport
• Shift: 24×7 rotational shifts
• Candidates should be flexible with shift timings and weekends
• Cab: Two-way cab facility will be provided free of cost
