As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) professional who can strengthen our financial planning, improve profitability, build scalable financial systems, and support management in making strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term business plans.
• MIS & Management Reporting: Develop monthly MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management presentations with actionable insights.
• Manufacturing Cost Analysis:



Monitor production costs, raw material consumption, overheads, manufacturing efficiency, and SKU-wise profitability.
• Profitability Analysis: Analyse gross margins, EBITDA, contribution margins, and category-wise profitability.
• Variance Analysis: Compare actual performance against budgets, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Inventory & Working Capital: Analyse inventory levels, receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital requirements.
• Sales & Distribution Analysis: Evaluate channel-wise, region-wise, product-wise, and distributor-wise sales performance and profitability.
• Odoo ERP Management: Utilise Odoo ERP for financial reporting, manufacturing costing, inventory analysis, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Support the CFO with business expansion plans, capital expenditure analysis, financial modelling, and investment
