Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends, and supporting the creation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients. The role includes managing lead generation activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and following up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. The Business Development Associate will collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client requirements, contribute to sales strategies, and assist in preparing reports on business development performance.
Qualifications
• Robust presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.




• Demonstrated ability in lead generation and market research, including identifying target segments and analyzing industry data.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development processes, preferably within professional services or HR-related domains.
• Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
