Company Description The Event and Entertainment Management Association (EEMA) is India’s first and largest association representing the events and experiential marketing industry. With over 1,000 members across more than 100 cities, EEMA champions industry growth, innovation, and professional standards. The association brings together leaders in event management, experiential marketing, artist management, MICE, and wedding planning to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing. EEMA plays a key role in setting global benchmarks for the Indian events ecosystem and keeping professionals informed about trends and opportunities in this dynamic field.

Role Description The Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of association-led events, programs, and member activities in a full time capacity. This on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves assisting with event logistics, vendor coordination, and documentation, as well as maintaining schedules and reports for ongoing projects. The intern will help prepare presentations, meeting materials,



and communication drafts for internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities may include supporting social media updates, basic research on industry trends, and general administrative tasks that contribute to smooth office and event operations.

Qualifications
• Ability to assist with event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution, including logistics and vendor support.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing emails, reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and social media platforms for event-related communication.
• Demonstrated interest in event management, experiential marketing, or entertainment industries; prior internships or project exp
