Job Overview
The Senior BDE will be responsible for identifying and acquiring international clients, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and converting business opportunities into successful deals. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT services sales, international business development, and managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and acquire international clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other business development channels.
• Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
• Promote the company's IT services, software development solutions, and technology offerings to potential clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and key decision-makers.
• Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, client interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
