Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. The specialist will engage with prospective and existing healthcare providers through calls, emails,



and online meetings to promote Practo’s solutions, understand their needs, and offer suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and providing timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. A key part of the role is maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries, gathering feedback, and building long-term relationships with providers.
