? Research Fellow — India & South Asia (Remote, Part-Time)
⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING — MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY
This role is only for candidates who currently meet both of the following: ✅ Currently employed at a national-level think tank ✅ Currently working specifically in the International Relations domain, with at least 2 years in that exact role
❌ Do not apply if: You are not currently at a think tank; your current role is not specifically International Relations (e.g., general policy, economics-only, media/communications); or you have less than 2 years in this specific role. Applications that don't meet both criteria above will not be considered — please save your time and ours.
About the role: A Singapore-based strategic consulting firm is expanding its regional research capability and looking for a currently practicing International Relations analyst to cover India and the broader South Asia region.
What you'll do: Deliver sharp, forward-looking research on South Asian geopolitics, trade policy,
and economic trends for enterprise clients. Turn sudden policy shifts into quick, well-sourced analysis under tight deadlines. Produce insight that goes beyond summarizing the news — clients need what's next, not just what happened
Also required: Deep, nuanced understanding of South Asian regional dynamics — India-Pakistan, India-China, US-Iran, neighborhood-first policies; a demonstrated ability to move from analysis to forecast, not just description; flawless, native-level written English; self-motivated and reliable in a remote, project-based setup
The arrangement: 100% remote, part-time, project-based. Per-article compensation: $100–$300. Selection includes a short paid trial writing assignment before final placement
? To apply (only if you meet both mandatory criteria above): Send your CV to
