Role Description

1. Tender Identification & Tracking Search for and identify relevant government, PSU,



and corporate tenders on portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement sites. Maintain a tender tracker with deadlines, status, and outcomes.
2. Tender Study & Evaluation Study tender documents, scope of work, eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions. Inform the Director and relevant teams about requirements, risks, and bid/no-bid recommendations.
3. Bid Preparation & Submission Prepare and compile technical and financial bids as per tender guidelines. Ensure timely, error-free online and offline submission before deadlines.
4. Costing & Coordination Coordinate with the events, finance, and creative teams for pricing, BOQ, costing, and supporting inputs. Coordinate with vendors for quotations where required.
5. Documentation & Compliance Maintain and update company registrations, certificates, GST/MSME documents, work orders, past experience records, and financial statements. Handle EMD/security dep
