• Wage and Salary administration
• Understand industry Compensation & Benefit practice, bring more structure and accuracy to salary review process
• Work towards automating the salary review process through HRMS
• Payroll Analytics
• Payroll Compliance (including TDS e-filing and Form16)
• Stakeholder interface. Work with Finance team on Payroll and Comp related process
• Present regular inputs and analytics with Management team
• Manage, Intervene and Coach payroll team members
• Vendor Management
• Value-add to the Comp & Ben process by taking initiatives
• Experienced in managing a workforce of 8,000 to 10,000 employees across blue-collar and white-collar categories
• Language proficiency – English and Kannada
