About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive paid marketing initiatives and business growth. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in PPC/Google Ads, including Performance Max (PMax), and Meta Ads, along with the ability to analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets, and deliver measurable results.
Important: Hands-on experience with Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns is mandatory, preferably with 2+ years of recent experience. Search Campaign experience can be older, but candidates without hands-on PMax experience will not be considered for the role.

Key Responsibilities:
PPC & Google Ads
● Plan, execute,



and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads.
● Manage Performance Max (PMax), Search, Display, Shopping, and other relevant campaigns.
● Monitor budgets, bids, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
● Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
● Hands-on experience with Performance Max (PMax) campaigns is mandatory.

Meta Ads
● Plan and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
● Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
● Test creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
● Analyze performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
● Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
● Analyze data to identify trends and improve conversions.
Growth & Optimization
● Conduct A/B testing and experimentation across campaigns.
