About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns, preferably within the entertainment, celebrity, music and brand ecosystem.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing and optimising performance campaigns across platforms, with a strong understanding of audience behaviour, digital trends and entertainment-led marketing. You will be responsible for driving measurable growth, reach, engagement, traffic, leads and conversions across campaigns for celebrities, artists, musicians, entertainment properties and brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage performance campaigns for celebrities, artists, musicians, creators, entertainment properties and brands. Plan, execute and optimise paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Develop audience strategies for launches, releases, promotions, events, content and digital properties.



Develop performance marketing strategies based on campaign objectives, target audiences and budgets.
• Understand entertainment audiences and identify relevant targeting opportunities.Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive utilisation of ad spend.
• Monitor key performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns for better results. Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging and campaign formats.
• Stay updated with entertainment, music, social media and digital trends to identify performance opportunities.
• Track and analyse campaign performance, including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions and audience growth.
• Prepare regular campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify performance trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Analyse audience behaviour and campaign funnels to improve efficiency and conversion.
