Clinical Psychologist – RCI Licensed
Location: Alpha Healing Center, Near Vadodara, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-time

Preferred Candidate Profile
• RCI-licensed / RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist
• M.Phil in Clinical Psychology / RCI-recognized qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience mandatory
• Robust experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and clinical case management
• Candidates who are ready and willing to relocate to Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage assigned clients through comprehensive psychological assessment, formulation, psychotherapy, and treatment planning.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Administer, interpret, and document psychological and psychometric assessments.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and modify interventions as required.




• Conduct family meetings and provide regular clinical progress updates.
• Prepare clinical reports, progress notes, treatment records, and discharge summaries.
• Provide crisis intervention and psychological support when required.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, doctors, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain professional standards of clinical documentation, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
• Conduct follow-up, online therapy, and aftercare sessions as per organizational protocols.

Candidates matching the above preferred profile, particularly those with RCI registration, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and willingness to relocate to Vadodara, Gujarat, will be given preference
