About us
The Social Bid is a D2C growth agency built by operators. We run paid media, influencer-led growth and creative for beauty, skincare and personal care brands across India and the GCC. We work as the embedded growth team for a small, selective roster of brands — which means every client gets one person who owns the relationship end to end. That’s this role.
The role

You’ll be the single point of contact for our clients and the person who makes sure everything we promised actually ships. You’ll sit between the founders and the paid media, social, influencer and design teams — pulling work forward, flagging what’s slipping, and keeping the client informed before they have to ask. You’ll work directly with the two founders.

What you’ll do
• Own the day-to-day relationship with 4–6 client brands — weekly calls, updates, approvals, escalations
• Turn client asks into clear briefs for paid media, social, influencer and design, and track every deliverable to done
• Run the internal schedule: what’s due, who owns it,



what’s blocked, what needs a founder decision
• Spot problems early — a delayed creative, a missed approval, a number that’s off — and fix them before they become client problems
• Build reports and updates the client can read in two minutes
• Keep our tools (Notion/ClickUp, Drive, WhatsApp groups) clean enough that nothing gets lost

Who you are
• 2–3+ years as a project manager, account manager or client servicing lead — agency or D2C brand side
• Have managed multiple clients or brands at once without dropping deliverables
• Understand marketing well enough to know when a deliverable is valuable and when it isn’t
• Calm with clients, direct with the team, and comfortable chasing people until the thing is done
• Move fast, write clearly, and don’t need a meeting to make a decision that’s yours to make
