As we expand our Microsoft and cloud business in North America, we are looking for an ambitious, AI-savvy Business Development Manager who can create qualified opportunities and build a predictable US-market pipeline.

Role Overview
This is a quota-carrying, execution-led business development role. The successful candidate will own the top of the funnel, from target-account research and multichannel outreach through discovery, qualification and handoff to the sales and solution teams. The role requires a self-driven hunter who understands up-to-date prospecting, communicates confidently with North American decision-makers and uses AI as a practical productivity multiplier.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline and Opportunity Creation
• Generate a minimum of 6 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)



per month against agreed qualification criteria.
• Build and nurture a consistent pipeline of target accounts across the US market.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify business need, stakeholders, budget, authority and timeline.
• Qualify opportunities using BANT or a comparable agreed framework, and coordinate a clear handoff to sales and solution consultants.

Outbound Prospecting
• Design and execute structured outbound campaigns across email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Identify decision-makers and buying committees within target accounts using Apollo, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Create relevant, personalised outreach aligned with industry priorities, technology initiatives and buying signals.
• Own follow-up, objection handling, lead nurturing and meeting conversion.

Solution Conversations
• Initiate credible business conversations around Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platfo
