Job Summary:
Piccolo Forno (IG Handle: www.instagram.com/piccoloforno.in), an authentic Italian cafe, is looking for warm, attentive, and guest-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team as Guest Service Associates or Senior Guest Service Associates, as per experience in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves delivering a welcoming and seamless dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining restaurant presentation, understanding the menu, and ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen, bar, and management team.We are looking for individuals who take pride in hospitality, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and contribute to a positive, skilled, and collaborative working environment. Senior Guest Service Associates are additionally expected to guide junior team members, support floor operations, and assist the Captain and Restaurant Manager in maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

GUEST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE
• Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their visit.
• Provide attentive, courteous,



and timely service while anticipating guest needs.
• Present menus and communicate menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and recommendations accurately.
• Take food and beverage orders carefully, ensuring all specifications and modifications are recorded correctly.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Communicate dietary preferences and allergies clearly to the Captain and kitchen team.
• Check guest satisfaction during service and address concerns within the scope of the role.
• Escalate complaints or situations requiring managerial intervention to the Captain or Restaurant Manager.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Piccolo Forno's hospitality standards.
