About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Graphic Designer with 6–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, print design, motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating high-quality digital and print creatives, including social media posts, advertising banners, standees, flyers, posters, brochures, marketing collaterals, and animated videos.

Candidates must have strong command over industry-standard design software, creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Branding
• Create skilled graphics for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional activities.
• Design banners, standees, flyers, posters, brochures, catalogues, hoardings, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop brand identities, logos, typography,



layouts, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Create creative assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline communication.
• Convert creative briefs into visually appealing designs aligned with marketing objectives.

2. Print Design & Advertising Materials
• Design print-ready banners, standees, flyers, posters, brochures, business cards, and event branding materials.
• Prepare artwork according to printing specifications, dimensions, bleed, margins, and colour modes (CMYK/RGB).
• Understand print production requirements, resolution, file formats, and export settings.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
• Adapt creative designs for different sizes, formats, and advertising placements.
