Key Responsibilities• Handle customer queries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist customers in using the Nosnia.ai platform effectively.
• Escalate technical or product-related issues to the relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.




• Provide basic product demonstrations and guidance when required.
