About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior HR Executive to join our HR team. As our company operates in the hospitality industry, the candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment and hiring for our restaurant service and kitchen production teams across our outlets.
Key Responsibilities• Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant service and kitchen production staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and hospitality institutes.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding selection and joining.
• Connect with hotel management colleges for campus recruitment and fresher hiring.




• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with outlet managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Assist with joining formalities and basic HR documentation.

Eligibility & Skills• Hotel Management students or freshers are preferred.
• 0–6 months of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in recruitment and the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
