We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant with solid functional expertise in Financial Accounting (FI), particularly General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and integration with SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD).
The ideal candidate should be confident in gathering business requirements, translating them into detailed Functional Specifications (FS), and collaborating with technical consultants to develop, test, and implement custom SAP solutions. The role requires close coordination with business stakeholders and technical teams while working from the client office in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Finance functionalities, primarily General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
• Manage financial accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliation, period-end closing, vendor accounting, and customer accounting.
• Handle integration between SAP FI and MM, including goods receipt, invoice receipt, GR/IR clearing, inventory accounting,



and automatic account determination.
• Manage FI-SD integration, including billing-related accounting entries, revenue postings, tax postings, and customer account reconciliation.
• Gather and analyse business requirements through discussions with business users and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and other developments.
• Coordinate with ABAP and other technical consultants to explain functional requirements, clarify business logic, and support the development of custom solutions.
• Review technical deliverables against functional specifications and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents, process documentation, test scenarios, and test cases.
