Position OverviewEdwin Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Trainer / HR Faculty for its Calicut branch.



The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of professional experience in the HR industry, comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, and a strong ability to deliver practical, industry-relevant training.
The selected candidate will be responsible for training students in real-world HR practices, developing their professional competencies, and preparing them to meet current industry expectations. The candidate must be committed to continuous learning, student development and institutional activities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities1. HR Training and Academic Delivery
• Deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Human Resource Management.
• Train students in end-to-end HR functions, processes, policies and best practices.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, case studies and practical assignments.
• Incorporate real-world HR scenarios, industry examples, role-plays and simulations into training sessions.
