The RoleWe are seeking an ambitious, detail-driven Business & Sales Associate based remotely in India to drive our B2B business development across Europe.
You will work closely with our leadership team in Paris to map the European lifestyle/fashion ecosystem, generate high-intent outbound leads, build relationship pipelines, and assist in converting conversations into long-term sourcing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities• B2B Pipeline & Prospecting: Research and identify potential European brands, designers, and retailers on LinkedIn, Instagram,



and industry directories.
• Outbound Outreach: Execute tailored, highly personalized cold outreach across email and LinkedIn with zero generic copy-pasting.
• Lead Conversion & Follow-Ups: Manage multi-touch follow-up cadences, qualify inbound inquiries, and coordinate discovery calls.
• Supplier & Client Bridge: Liaise with Indian manufacturing partners and artisans to organize product catalogs, production feasibility, and sample quotations.
• Sales Operations: Maintain structured pipeline records, CRM updates, and client briefs with high accuracy.
• Paris Team Alignment: Participate in regular syncs with the Paris team to refine market positioning and regional strategy.

Who You Are• Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, international business development, account management, or export merchandising (lifestyle/apparel/jewellery experience is a distinct advantage).
