Role Description The Customer Support Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about products and services, and resolving issues with professionalism and care. The associate will document interactions in internal systems, escalate complex problems when needed, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include supporting sales and onboarding activities, assisting with basic training or guidance for new users, and contributing feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
• Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving.
• Ability to support Sales activities by identifying opportunities, providing product information, and assisting in lead follow-up.
• Experience delivering or assisting with Training for customers or internal team members on products, tools, or processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
